    Orders ship in 2–5 business days and are delivered by FedEx, which means we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Most items arrive on time, though rare delays may occur with the carrier. We appreciate your patience and trust as your piece makes its way to you.

    We stand behind our products with 100% customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free. Since each piece is custom-made, not all refunds are available due to ordering errors or buyer’s remorse.
